Coming Summer 2023 to downtown Birmingham. Contemporary meets distinctive in this custom urban upscale home. ERT partnered with local architect, Brian Neeper, to design this one-of-a-kind plan and set a new bar for modern living. Three floors work together to provide front, rear and rooftop outdoor spaces, while the interior shelters an open-concept kitchen-dining-living on the first floor and a rear-oriented owner's suite with vaulted ceilings on the second. The spaces between include a library, pocket office, second-floor laundry and stunning three-story staircase. The home also includes a finished basement with bar and fitness room and a detached garage with second-floor studio suite. No detail is overlooked in this elevated ERT design.
